During import customs clearance, the following must be provided:
1. A set of original foreign language labels or printed, scanned, photos of the labels.
2. A Chinese translation of the foreign language labels.
3. Certificate stating that the product is allowed to be sold in the country (state) it is produced in and certificate of origin.
4. Foodstuff’s manufactured date and expiry date
5. If the items are “organic” ingredients etc or are “high….”, “low….” In an ingredient or related to vintage, vintage wine or awards etc then valid specifications documents from the place of production are needed.
6. quarantine sanitary certificate from the exporting country
