During import customs clearance, the following must be provided for alcoholic beverages:
1. certificate of origin from the government
2. sanitary certificate from the government of the product’s country of origin
3. Ingredients sheet from the product manufacturer
4. Packaged date certificate from the product manufacturer
5. A sample of label from original packaging
6. Three samples of labels in English and Chinese
7. Manufacturer’s quarantine certificate from government
8. Packaging sheet
9. Tax Invoice
10. Trade contract
11. Import customs clearance authorization for agency
After import and the product is being sold in the domestic market, the dealer must provide the license to operate. If not, the product cannot be sold in shops, or in retail.
When the products are imported, wine labels must be pasted on the bottle. This pasting can also be done by our company.
Before transportation, all these imported goods’ chemical and physical index must agree with the rules from the commodity inspection and testing bureau. If not, the imports cannot be made to avoid loses if the cargo does manage to reach the port.
