You need to provide the following for return and repair shipment:
² import certificate invoice, packaging list, contract
² one set of export certificate
² export customs clearance sheet
² repair agreement
² verified refund sheet (original copy required)
² IPPC or woodless packaging statement
If these goods have marginal deposit and repairs and exports within the given time, the marginal deposit will be transferred to the company’s appointed account, or if the repairs and exports are made after the given time (usually within 6 months after the return), the marginal deposit will automatically transfer tax then refund. |
